I have been the Community Relations Manager since April 2018 and was brought into this position because of my extensive ability to build long lasting, meaningful relationships in the communities that I represent. I spent my professional career as a banker working in communities such as LaGrange Park, Burr Ridge, Willow Brook and Berwyn. In my current role with Independence-4-Seniors I am involved in the older adult, senior citizen communities. I “get to” meet amazing people committed to the older adult and caring for them as well as participate with seniors in activities that project their hobbies and life work. It is my honor to meet and work alongside professionals committed to caring for the older adult which makes community relations, my life work, one that I love!
Kerry Quirin and I first met at networking event. Since then, we have established a partnership by exchanging referrals and planning for joint presentations in the community. Kerry is a knowledgeable and honest representative for the older adult and is highly recommended by Independence-4-Seniors Home care.
Gaye Wagner is involved in the Downers Grove Township Seniors as well as Interfaith Community Partners helping seniors find reliable transportation. Her work at Independence 4 Seniors Home Care is enriched by these other organizations that she belongs to, all with the goal to help our seniors!
Home health providers consist of professionals such as registered nurses and physical therapists who are available for medical care. We typically recommend employing one of these health professionals after an elderly person has dealt with an injury or hospitalization. Some of the services include administering medications, caring for wounds, and keeping an eye on the individual’s overall health.
