Winter Safety Tips for Seniors

It is freezing out and I don't feel like spring is right around the corner. In addition to that, after spending a warm weekend in North Carolina, I returned to Chicago only to fall out of my car because of ice and land flat on my back! With that in mind, I thought I should look for some winter safety tips for seniors.
