Peck  Peck, Bloom, Austriaco & Mitchell, LLC. The graying of America has led to a major growth of family disputes when money and medical treatment are involved.  How to avoid family battles over control of an older adult, even when the person's judgement is being questioned will be discussed.  This seminar will also address various legal problems that occur after death and how to avoid legal attacks of wills and and trusts.
