There is a $50 application fee ($75 per couple) non-refundable (for background check) and a $400 deposit due at time of application.

- Apartments are integrated with residents of all ages, and are largely on the first floor for easier accessibility to amenities.

- Meal plans are not included at this time. Arden will be offering the occasional catered continental breakfast and will cater the many events, but there is not a set meal plan.

Services offered to seniors:

1. Residential Services Director and Senior Living Advisor to guide your living experience.
2. Educational Seminars on-site including elder law, financial planning, realty, home care, and senior living advisors, among others.
3. Park District, library, senior center memberships.
4. A-la-carte Porter services, which are totally customizable and priced per amount of time used.  Everything from housekeeping, meal prep, dog walking, dishes and laundry, personal shopping services.
5. A-la-carte Personal caregiving services provided by home care provider.
6. Life enrichment events including Casino Nights, live entertainment, Fine Diners Club (coming soon).
7. In-house activities:  Gardening Program, book club, card games, social hours, live entertainment (coming soon).
