His career in Senior Living began in Sales/Outreach and Sales Management, progressed to Operations, including HR and Finance and culminated as Executive Director of Senior Communities that included Independent and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. Throughout these 12 years he has worked for 3 of the largest local providers. His network in Chicagoland is vast.

He has worked throughout the Chicagoland market but calls Arlington Heights home. He and his wife have 3 grown children and a black lab named Mac.
My father had taken a fall and had a brain bleed and surgery, and was suddenly being released from the hospital, but I needed to find a long term care facility for him. I worked with Bill Schneider, who went above and beyond to try to help me and my family find options. Bill even called me after hours and on the weekend when he was out of town. Bill really understood our needs and concerns. Then, my father suddenly contracted a serious pneumonia and his condition deteriorated so fast, and Bill helped us to find a hospice, supporting us with both compassion and generosity of time.
